If for any reason you are not happy with the products you receive, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction. 1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Note: Certain products, such as personal care items (e.g., skincare, makeup) or items marked as “final sale,” may not be eligible for return. Please check the product details before purchasing.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email at contact@vavtopix.xyz or call us at 815-481-5528. Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to send the item back. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.
Ship the Item Back: Once you receive the RA number, package the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the following address:

Note: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund if the order is returned.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please contact our customer support team to ensure the item is available.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@vavtopix.xyz or 815-481-5528. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to send the product back at no cost to you. Once we receive the damaged or defective item, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.
Important: Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage or issues within 7 days of receiving the product to ensure eligibility for a return or replacement.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Opened skincare products, makeup, and personal care items.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
